In what seemed to be a recurring theme in titles for the ZX Spectrum, "Dun Darach" is a game that features an elusive female as it's primary antagonist. The premise is that the protagonist's charioteer, Loeg, has been captured by Skar the Sorceress and the goal of the game is to locate both of them. The game ends, however, when the protagonist enters the very room that they reside, and the player is denied the opportunity of seeing either of them.
What seperates "Dun Darach" even further in this regard, is that Skar is even missing from the game's cover. The closest thing to an accurate visual is that of an unnoficial piece of artwork created by Oli Frey, which was used for the July '85 cover of "CRASH" magazine.
